Such a great venue for the Make-a-wisg Chrsitams tree celebration to raise money for Make-a-wish foundation. My son had a tree donated on his behalf and it was incredible! Our corporate sponsor were the guys at Port Moody Fire. We had an amazing time and would love to thank Fairmont for hosting it!
The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they were trained very well and extremely polite. This is the kind of service other hotels should learn from. Our room was located right next to the elevators so we did hear a lot of the goings on outside of our room but the room itself was very spacious, clean, and nice.
One night, close proximity to the Christmas Market (reason for stay), welcoming and helpful doormen/valet, stunning view of Stanley Park and the water from my room, amazing bell service (showed me where to find everything in my room) and front desk team (got me into my room early), live music in the lobby restaurant, beautiful Christmas decorations, and of course the quick check out. I just wish I could stay longer to experience more of the amenities!
