Absolutely terrible. Thought this office was a God sent in the beginning. Can’t get office staff to answer the phone during business hours. The new Doctor doesn’t call with results as promised. After hours help is a joke. If they even call you back; They can’t do anything but say take them to the hospital. Still waiting on my callback currently, have called twice and promised they would “get back to me” happened earlier this week as well. Don’t have them manage your child’s asthma plan.
