As always you feel welcome in Faimont h�tel as the Olympic h�tel in Seattle . Well situed in Downtown and close to light train station and monorail , easy to get around . We were upgrated to a very nice King suite with a view of the city and a little bit of the mountain . Very nice pool but jacuzzi was not very hot , and the gym facility is well equiped. We wish we could have stay longer
First I would like to say Thank You to Ali who was working at the front desk during our check-in. She was so sweet and kind, very professional and welcoming. We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The relaxing atmosphere and excellent amenities made our experience even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciated the outstanding service. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.
This place is stunning but what really makes it exceptional is the service you receive. The staff, especially at the front desk, are friendly and helpful. They do their best to help with a question or to make something right.
A wonderful stay at the Fairmont in Seattle David gave us such a warm welcome at check-in. As members, we appreciated the upgrades and vouchers and felt very well looked after. The coffee and chocolates were a lovely touch. We also dined at the beautiful George restaurant, where Arnoldo looked after us so well. The food was delicious, and all the staff were highly professional, friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to David, Arnoldo and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!
This has got to be the most responsive institution in the country. Right up to the Manager was accessible and always willing to answer questions
