Huge signs that say "all vehicles allowed" in EV area. They give you a ticket for $98 after paying for parking. when you dispute and send the photos they say the photos are not accurate and tell you the ticket is valid. DO NOT PAY THEM, Impark are crooks.

The parking lot is terrible. The parking spaces are very small. When two SUVs are parked, the doors can't be opened to get out. It's very inconvenient, especially considering you have a child with you after anesthesia and you have to lift him into the car seat yourself. That's one thing, but the other thing is that the parking rates are exorbitant, and we had to park nearby for the same reason—our child was after anesthesia. We paid $34 for 4.5 hours. That's pure robbery, considering how much we paid for dental work.

Tiny car park for the size of the building. Always full / reserved. This entire area needs better parking solutions. I have an elderly parent who comes here every few weeks for a doc appointment. They can’t walk far (100m max) and can’t take stairs. There is no great drop off spot while I cruise to find an available parking spot, sometimes a block or more away. I get that space is an issue, but at least, place adequate seating near the entrances for the elderly can sit and wait for us to get back to them.

My dental office (750 Dental) is located within the Fairmont building and they offer to reimburse for parking in the Fairmont parking lot off Willow Street. I pulled into this parking lot just before 9am. There's a bit of a lineup from the street. As I was making my way around the lot, the Impark attendant is walking around and signals me into one of three empty parking stalls. I noticed each one said "Reserved". Good location, feels safe. Most of the time I am able to find parking, but it can definitely get busy during the week leading to line-ups as the parking lot is one direction only.
