Stayed one night, wish it was more. The rooms were excellently kept, Dinner and Lunch at the restaurant was amazing - especially thanks to Justin the Food manager. The hot spring pools are something everyone should visit. Would 100% recommend.

Room had cobwebs and dust on bed frame, their carpets were filthy , obviously they never steam clean them. Wall paper peeling etc…Checked out same day and no refund for anything. Food at restaurant is subpar and not many choices for food, and very overpriced for quality compared to many other better resorts and hotels. Will never go back, and place is very outdated. Overpriced and just garbage place.

I recently visited Fairmont Hot Springs, BC, expecting a relaxing experience however, my stay was quite disappointing. The main reason for my visit was to enjoy the steam room, large pool, and hot tub. Unfortunately, the facilities were not clean, and the steam room was not working. something that was never mentioned on the website. We are two adults, this is our 2nd time staying. Last year was excellent. Quiet, relaxing, really nice in the smaller, near pool. This year, a baby is crying in the pool. Another Mom and child are throwing a ball, doing flips in. It's anything but relaxing. So we won't be back, it's not relaxing. They are set up perfectly for a family area and an adult area but don't use it as such. So be it. My opinion that's a mistake. So if you're trying to relax in a beautiful setting, this isn't happening.
