Had a wonderful time doing selections Bobbi was professional and fun thankyou fairmont homes.
Pathetic experience. First time building a home from them. Already 8 months in and not a single thing done on land and have no plans of doing it for the next 5 months. But are very good at keeping you busy with small tasks so I can remember what blunder I have done by signing a contract with them. Absolutely horrible. Do yourself a favor and go to another builder
2025 -This is the 2nd time we have built with Fairmont and again we are very happy with the overall build. Only small let down again is we have water leaking through one of the doors, soaking the door, and surrounding skirtings and base. We are confident that they will fix it as they did with our first build. Special mention to Michael our site manager - the build was done in 8 months instead of 12 and the whole process was seamless.
