Love our new Fairmont house. We've had problems & been through 3 versions of builders & 6 yrs later Fairmont have delivered an amazing house for a budget build. Over a period of 25 years, this will be my third build with Fairmont Homes. Why do I keep coming back? Simply - Fairmont builds a well constructed, well finished home at a reasonable price. Our first home was entirely constructed whilst we were interstate - it was a custom build to our own plans and it was perfect. Fairmont Homes have been very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process so far. Even after some bumps in the road, they were willing to support, work within my budget and jointly problem solve to resolve the issue. I knew what I wanted and Fairmont were willing to work with me and my needs to create a home design that meets my needs now and into the future.
