Almost 6 months, still waiting for the contact! This is real Fairmont! We paid initial deposit on 31st March 26 and informed by the sales consultant that the contract will be done 1st July. The consultant is a really good person, however it seems Fairmont letting him down. He kept telling us to organize pool, fireplace etc when I try follow up the progress. My wife and I are currently building our first home with Fairmont. We're only just entering the construction stage, so I can't review that part yet, but the pre-construction stages have been great. Everyone we've dealt with has been easy to get hold of, friendly, and professional, and all the details have been clearly explained, with lots of communication and updates to let us know how we're tracking. Communication with Fairmont has been consistent and clear. The interior design team are fantastic and made all of our selections appointments so easy! The portal for progress has also been super helpful to navigate the building process for us first time builders!
