South Australia's most prominent home builder...hahahha... I feel sorry for those families that chose this builder..... I wouldn't build with them to save my life. They are building a neighbour house and from starting works from 6am with zero concern, to not even installing temp down pipes with the roof install. After weeks of asking they finally did (incorrectly) with the draining system blocked and the drain pipes full of water. Well that or the stormwater wasn't installed correctly. Very poor response of inquiry, staff just ignore you for few days and after a week will chase you to pay deposit and then will stop responding again.
Fairmont home have contractors parking across drive way there rude ignorant could move vehicles up the road shouldn't be opposite peoples driveways absolute bullshit
Have just completed my initial quote and am just waiting for the contract to be returned, have been working with Luke and have had a really good experience so far, he has been very helpful and easy to work with.
