This place has made it home for me to live very friendly mangers they try there hardest to get everything done but having so many people that need things done can be a little stressful for some but they mean well and they still get everything done I love all the managers here it’s like home that I envy had and trust me when I say this they have done things for me and I’m very happy and pleased for all that they have done for me I do wish that some tenants can respect others but other than that I love living here Bonnie Jacks... read more

I’ve lived here almost 4 years, Management is very fair and answers my calls and concerns promptly. Everyplace has bad apples and it’s hard to know if their BCI’dS come out clear if THEIR drug addicted. I would definitely recommend Fairmont heights to other people and management has always been fair and kind to me.

I've been residing here since 2018 I haven't had no major issues here obviously there's rif raff with certain people but hey that's any building funded by government. Stay to yourself and don't get involved is the way to go.

I’ve lived here for several years now. We may have our issues (who doesn’t) but I still feel that this is one of the much better places I’ve lived compared to other properties I know people from. During Covid, they still made the effort to deliver holiday meals even though we couldn’t use the community room like before due to health concerns. People complain there are “junkies” here.
