Horrific! Wasn’t permitted to accompany an elderly relative into the emergency department. My relative could not advise medical staff as to why he was brought in for evaluation/treatment. This is not adequate care! We will never return! Even when you take your pet to the veterinarian…you can explain why you are there! This is outrageous! A pathetic excuse for an “emergency” center!
