I recently had a dental appointment here, and I was very impressed with the care I received. Dr. Romero was thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to address my concerns. After the exam, they recommended I see a specialist for a specific issue, and even provided a detailed referral to make the process smooth. I appreciate their honesty and commitment to making sure I get the best care possible. Highly recommend this office for their professionalism and patient-focused approach.

I dont write reviews too often but I made an exception here because I wanted to emphasize how great Dr Romero, Adriana and the entire staff was. I have been going to this office in the last few years. I changed to them because I had many bad dentist experience beforehand. It was one of my best decisions. They were the only one who were a 100% upfront with all the costs, never any hidden fees, got amazing care and they made sure I was a 100% satisfied. Dr. Romero and her team have been caring for my teeth for years and they are wonderfully caring, professional, and honestly fun to be around! They’re friendly, help me understand what’s going on, and have always provided the highest quality of care while putting patients at ease. I have has numerous cleanings and just had multiple crowns replaced and everything has always gone very smoothly. I actually moved from Pacifica to San Francisco and like them so much I still make the journey down to Pacifica to work with them!

Dr. Romero and the Fairmont Dental office are fantastic. The ladies are all kind, flexible, and helpful. Dr. Romero takes her time, is gentle and makes you feel at ease. I never feel pain or soreness after my appointments, even having received pretty extensive care.
