Great service. What other hotels should aspire to! Perfect location for seeing so many Ottawa highlights, all within walking distance.
Hotel is luxurious, even for its age. Grandeur and great service. The salt water pool.was amazing as well.
I have been to Chateau Laurier numerous times. I have stayed in the presidential suite, the king rooms over Parliament and the gold level king rooms. The service at the gold level was good, but the food was average. I would stay at the gold level again. Parking was close to impossible that day. It was also a special occasion, and there was little to know extra effort made. The gold level at Château Frontenac is far superior.
