Horrible and overpriced experience. Better find a room elsewhere and spend the money on city experiences. The arrival to the hotel was a mess: cars lining up the entrance driveway with no indication of where to head. We have spent 5 minutes just waiting for the cars in front of us to unpack and leave. The room was not better. It was small and old, with the bathroom door not closing properly and requiring a large amount of force to shut. There were spots of uncleaned dust in the room. Absolutely outstanding hotel experience. The customer service was impeccable, the housekeeping staff was friendly and professional. My guest room was spacious. The bed was super comfy. The room had a walk in closet complete with a very comfortable robe. The bathroom was clean and roomy and was stocked with very nice toiletries.
