Took my mom in to get her car. Come to find out he was refusing to give her car because she could not pay the labor cost, which I understand. But he also failed to warn her what that cost was going to be. If she would have known what it was going to cost she would not have him put the car back together until she talked with her insurance company first. Body work done good. But didn't even look at any of the mechanical issues from accident. Was in a front end collision and the guy acted like the mechanical issues were normal wear and tear. After My dealership that does all my maintenance looked at the car they disagree. Sway bar was cracked and an alignment had to be done to car. If hit again by someone I won't take my car here.

We are very happy with the work on our car! It was all done very well and in a timely manner, from the estimate to the work itself. We will definitely recommend Fairmont Body Shop!
