5 Months Moved out - Post Rental Review: If you have cats they will get fleas! As i said in my review this is a gig for 1 to 2 years. So i stayed for 2 years then moved out. If you have disability and/or looking for retirement, I really dont think this is for you. There no storage. The kitchens are small. There's ants in the carpet and no dogs.
Management's good, apartments are nice for those who need to build up a rental history and get back on their feet. But low security, and weird people who don't have anywhere else that will take them in live here. More like a temporary gig to help people get back on their feet and build a rental history or for people who'll never have anywhere else for their lives due to other problems. If you look for a place for 5+ years this isn't it. But if you want something for like 2 years max this is it.
I am giving the appartments this rating because trying to get ahold of the fairmont manager is like pulling teeth you call once you call one hundred times they don't get back too you very frustrating
