I posted a legitimate review before that Attorney Davie Ienna did not like. The case manager, John Mark, called me and said that Atty David would have to stop representing me if I didn’t take the review down. Do NOT do business with this law firm ! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. The case managers has total disregard for their clients, the law firm in its entirety does not honor their word or duty to serving clients. My case was mishandled and dropped 3 times because lack of communication and integrity from the law firm. No one there is knowledgeable or reliable in pursuing the case completely through its entirety. I am about to go through a scary transition in May and Attorney David Ienna was emphatic. I truly appreciate his patience with me and wanting to help get me through the remainder of my plan.
DO NOT do business with these people. I waited an entire week for an appointment right after work. They called 15 minutes before the appointment, while I was still at work and, at the time of the actual appointment, they told me they were not available. No apology, nothing. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The agents name was Josh.
My experience with this company has been very bad the worse kind of people to deal with once they get the money they don’t even provide the service anymore I followed all the steps I completed both the courses I emailed both the certificates I’ve been calling since April after paying my $260 court fee that I wasn’t even supposed to be charged because the courts waved the fee they kept my $260 never gave me the refund stopped answering my calls and emails they’ve been sending me text messages since April automatically sending... read more
