Complaint Regarding Paralegal Nathalia Delgado complaint regarding my experience with paralegal Nathalia Delgado, who was assigned to assist me. We were scheduled for our initial appointment, but Ms. Delgado chose not to attend and instead emailed me a few questions with no explanation or proper notice. This lack of professionalism was frustrating and disruptive to the process. I originally gave a harsh review for Fairmax. I was having some issues with communication and not being informed on when a new person was assisting with my case. That issue has since been resolved and I feel like I am being treated as a priority client. Faith, my new case manager, has been extremely helpful. There are a few others that have been helpful but I know they are no longer at Fairmax/working on my case. Thank you Mike for ensuring all of your clients are satisfied.
