We definitely DO NOT recomend this company! Everyone is so kind in the beginning when they're trying to earn your business, however, that quickly fades. So many mistakes were made, but the owner takes no responsibility nor apologizes. Listen to the majority of his Yelp reviews; stay away from this company! The owner has no communication skills and zero integrity.

Our reason for rating our experience with Fairless Home as a FIVE-STAR is because of Fernando the project manager of the project, building our casita. Fernando is an honest, caring, and a trusting representation for Fairless Homes. His customer service skills are excellent. From the beginning of a project, Fernando recognizes the impotence of the customer and the importance of mutual trust, and working together. Word of mouth is still the best advertisement! Thank you, Fernando, and thanks to all our casita workers!
Fairless added a home office to our home. Outstanding attention to detail and wonderful quality workmanship. Fernando is great and even the Henderson inspector told us we were lucky to have Fernando on our project.
