Convenient location but their pricing is ridiculous. They are no longer willing to work with people on their payments and the add on fees are extremely ridiculously high too. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. This place is money hungry and thats all they care about. I've learned my lesson.
Between the mice, the people living at the facility, and me asked the person at the desk to have someone call me to lower the price because it had become too expensive. I now pay. No call No nothing. I now pay $127. I save $3476 a year. The last issue was when a person living there ended up scaring my grandchildren.
Excellent service, James is very friendly, and the place is very clean.
Professional staff was helpful, courteous, and insightful.
