Great customer service experience
Impossible to get help or assistance in any way shape or form over priced Impossible late fees 0 human decency or courteousness at all I guess the people in the facility are ok but it's like talking to the computer in person same preplanned bull spit which is pretty much just the middle finger my fiance has breast cancer on top of twin boys and everything she has left from her grandmother is in our unit they refuse partial payments and they refuse to give anything at all with the exception of late fees that are literally hig... read more
I've been there for several years, and it's always been clean, I've felt safe there, and the staff, especially Evan and Bonnie have been extremely helpful
