New Pet Visit went smoothly! Staff were friendly and the facility was very clean and professional. Very happy with our choice of vet!
They like to hang up on people instead of giving prices for services they provide. They also don’t listen to the questions you are asking them and put you on hold for over 5 mins to come back and ask you what your question is specifically when you can’t be more specific about it. Clearly “DO YOU DO OFA HIPS & ELBOWS AND OFA THYROID” How hard is it to understand that question?!
I’ve been taking my dog Ruby there for a couple years now and I absolutely love it. Heather is super helpful providing information on their Care Club and always makes us feel welcome. The vet & techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and always puts my dog at ease.
They took great care of me and my pet. They were very helpful, educational, friendly, and super nice! They helped me make the best, educated decisions.
