The vet practice is great. I have no problems there. The groomer though, don't waste your time & money. I sedated my dog to be groomed and she said she couldn't get everything done. She did the hair in front of her eyes, around her but and around her paws. AND CHARGED ME FOR A FULL GROOM. My dog didn't look a bit different than when she went in. I can’t thank this hospital enough. After my turtle passed unexpectedly, they got me in within 20 minutes to confirm everything and were so compassionate through the whole process. They didn’t even charge me their normal exam fee — they just wanted to help. In a really difficult moment, their kindness and understanding meant the world to me. I’ll always be grateful for the care and respect they showed.
