I called at 3:30 PM on a Saturday and he said they didn't offer service right now. He offered to check if a plumber friend was available, but no promises. So I think the "24 hour service" graphic on their website isn't very reliable.

I called a few different companies for ac repair quotes, and these guys were the most reasonable. They scheduled me for an appointment the next day and arrived on time. The technician was very professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. I am very happy with the service and will definitely use them again in the future.
