I called at 3:30 PM on a Saturday and he said they didn't offer service right now. He offered to check if a plumber friend was available, but no promises. So I think the "24 hour service" graphic on their website isn't very reliable.

The technician was very professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. I am very happy with the service and will definitely use them again in the future.
