they will scam you and get your trailer right from underneath you they did that to us a couple years ago and said that we never live there we were squatters when I live there for 2 years I bought the trailer I own the trailer their trash also took us to court that I never paid them rent I had money order showing that I paid them rent every month and they said that that was all a lie then was money orders for something else told the judge we didn't pay our rent for our Lot fee for 4 months.
