I never met any of the people who moved everything out of our basement I was out of town everything was cleaned all removed it's hard to believe the damage the flood caused. The basement was totally destroyed carpet, drywall cabinets they had a big crew and basically had everything removed before I returned home they corresponded with me our insurance every step they took we were given a complete list of what was stored the loss and handled our house with care I would totally recommend this company!
Fairlane and their team are hands down the best in the business. When it comes to a disaster and not knowing next steps, their team will put you at ease that everything will be taken care of. Every step of the way throughout the process of our water loss they handled the situation with a sense of urgency and professionalism as many of our items was damaged/destroyed by water. They were great! Came in packed everything up and moved it within 2 days. We noticed 2 things missing when the items were returned. I emailed and they were delivered to me the very next day!

Honestly it’s the owner that takes a personal interest in you and your situation!! He works with pride and integrity (which is hard to find) and doesn’t make excuses for things that may or may not have went your way! He’s personally invested and makes you feel completely comfortable at time when things are in our chaotic!
