I wasn't impressed on my first visit ... for VIP wash, I was expecting a better job
Incompetent. I was part of their wash club. I moved out of the area 6 months ago & have made multiple attempts to cancels the membership. I’ve requested it 3 times in person- they continue to charge me $19.99/mo. They never answer the phone. I’ve left voicemails & continue to be charged. DO NOT BUY THE WASH CLUB AS ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL IT.
paid for VIP wash, got the same basic car wash as everyone else who paid for basic, left with streaks, most parts of the car still dirty. what's the point of this
