I purchased a monthly pass, which was very cheap and for a month I was getting my new car washed. I was happy with the ease of getting in and out but then I started noticing new scratches after car washes, specifically on my rear bumper. I tried calling to speak to someone about this and to cancel my monthly membership and the phone number listed for the business doesn’t answer. They’ve always been an alright car wash. Leave water marks on back window of trucks. I get they have to keep it pushing to get all cars but there’s always plenty of water marks and streaks left over. Sometimes goo from the Soap is left over and easy to spot on dark colored vehicles. Always have to remove it myself. Lately they’ve been using red towels that aren’t being changed out and my goodness there’s always red little fabric being left over all over the car.
