They’ve always been an alright car wash. Leave water marks on back window of trucks. I get they have to keep it pushing to get all cars but there’s always plenty of water marks and streaks left over. Sometimes goo from the Soap is left over and easy to spot on dark colored vehicles. Always have to remove it myself. I wasn't impressed on my first visit ... for VIP wash, I was expecting a better job
Incompetent. I was part of their wash club. I moved out of the area 6 months ago & have made multiple attempts to cancels the membership. I’ve requested it 3 times in person- they continue to charge me $19.99/mo. They never answer the phone. I’ve left voicemails & continue to be charged. DO NOT BUY THE WASH CLUB AS ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL IT.
