Last week, Fairland was hired to assess a hot water heater outage by my property management company BMG. Fairland visited the home and assessed an internal leak, warranting complete replacement alongside $600-$1000 of work on top of the over $3k it would to cost to replace. They gave no option to repair the hot water heater. Since the unit was only 6 years old, I requested a second opinion on my own. Review of Fairyland Plumbing and Heating for HVAC Replacement Project. Last summer, my client required two new air conditioning and heating systems to be installed.
