I agree with the reviews concerning the front end staff. They are horrible and very unprofessional from the time you walk in. Let’s not even get into the fact when you call the office to make or schedule an appointment they all sound like why are you calling and I don’t want to be here attitudes. If you don’t want to be there and deal with the public get a different job. I’ve had an issue with a doctor whom doesn’t even practice at this facility anymore and I’ve refused their services before. Amazing service. 10/10 Doc is funny, concerned and just great.
Ended up with 2 surgeries as the first one failed. I have a $3700 deductible, called 4 tines asking for payments, never received a payment response. I continued to pay them anyway. Paid off the last $1700 on September 12th. On September 19th, they turned it over to a collection agency. The bill included a $193 that my insurance company said I was not responsible for, and $167 for a hospital visit I did not receive. Find another doctor.
I don’t understand the negative reviews. Today was my vasectomy with Dr Whitehead. He did an amazing job and it was WAY better than I expected! I highly recommend Dr Whitehead!
