As a walk-in Jera provided an excellent customer experience. She was engaging, friendly and did an awesome mani, pedi as well as the best brow wax. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival, salon was neat and tidy. I highly recommend Fairhope Nail & Spa.......Irene
Came in for a pedicure, got asked if I had an appointment, I said no do I need one? The lady said yes usually. She didn’t offer to to schedule me or offer a time I could come back. So if you’re looking for a same day service go to Leila’s Salon or book ahead of time.
They did a great job on our pedicures but I was so turned off from how the manager/ individuals in charge were speaking to their employees in front of customers for a simple and confusing scenario that I witnessed (was also confused about because they were unclear. . ) It was frankly embarrassing and uncomfortable to watch for multiple of us present and would make me not return . I hope they see this and work on their professionalism and kindness to their own employees.
Great staff and excellent service!
Fantastic salon with a talented team and no strong ammonia smells. Bonus, they’re also reasonably priced!
