My review is from a landscaper perspective. The houses seem to be piled on top of each other. My wife calls this a filing cabinet neighborhood in which people live for a few years then resell. That's fine but not if you are looking for long-term neighbors. They seem to be built a bit cheaply for the area but the prices are extremely inflated. Poor quality homes cramming in too many people. The area would be better without DR Horton. Check out all the lawsuits before you buy.
