The area is nice and so are the neighbors. The staff is really friendly and personable. There are frequent maintenance issues that are never taken care of in a timely manner. We have had some issues in our apartment that have been a problem since we moved in almost a year ago. That being said, the apartment is a good size for the money, and safety issues do get taken care of immediately. They're very pet-friendly and understanding of people with disabilities.
I've resided here now for a year and a half, my overall experience here has been very nice! I love my building, my neighborhood and my neighbors. The building is kept clean and quiet. And management is easy to work with.
