My move-in experience with Mitzi was excellent. She was helpful, responsive, and made everything easy.

Revising my review because maintenance has gotten better. There are still some issues, but they get taken care of faster than in the past. Mitzi and Kim are the best! The area is nice and so are the neighbors. The staff is really friendly and personable. There are frequent maintenance issues that are never taken care of in a timely manner. We have had some issues in our apartment that have not been taken care of since we moved in. The area is nice and so are the neighbors. The staff is really friendly and personable. There are frequent maintenance issues that are never taken care of in a timely manner. We have had some issues in our apartment that have been a problem since we moved in almost a year ago. That being said, the apartment is a good size for the money, and safety issues do get taken care of immediately. They're very pet-friendly and understanding of people with disabilities.
