This whole place is remarkabley good. from techs to the team of doctors, but Dr. Mark Kumer is especially amazing. My cat had experienced a tooth pull at another vet office, that didn't have anything go wrong per se, but right after my cat had chronic idiopathic sneezing for a year. Alas the following year, the old man cat needed more teeth pulls. Dr. Kumer called from the OR with a more comprehensive understanding of my cat's medical history than I get from my own good drs. This clinic and their staff goes above and beyond to make sure your baby is comfortable during their visit. We bring multiple pets (both cats and dogs) here, but my very nervous 16 year old chihuahua is specifically thankful to have this amazing team. Heidi is the absolute sweetest and handles my babies with such love and care every time we visit. Thank you for being here!
We are so glad to have found a fear free option for our sensitive girl. Caring doctors and staff that pay attention to details, and are communicative and available. We have to travel a little farther to come here and it is well worth it.
The doctors, techs, and staff are all really kind, patient, and friendly. They are well-trained in how to handle owners (especially anxious ones). They're all really patient and caring towards with my cats that have severe trauma. I appreciate that they let me stay with my cats as they go under anesthesia and are flexible with post-surgical care to ensure my cats feel safe.
