Can't say enough good things about Brian and the rest of the crew at Fairhaven Pharmacy. This man went out in the snow to meet me so I could get a prescription I needed and couldn't be without. He shoveled through a massive snowbank just to get me inside and went out of his way to take care of me. If you haven't switched to fairhaven pharmacy yet then you are missing out on the absolute best pharmacy in our area.
My family and I are temporarily living in the area, after many issues with pharmacies like Optum Rx, Walgreens, and CVS (not just locally but nationally), we switched to Fairhaven Pharmacy and couldn’t be happier! I’ve never gone with an independently owned pharmacy and I don’t think I could ever go back to big-box!
This pharmacy is truly amazing. The owner Brian is committed to serving the community's pharmacy needs and does it with genuine care and compassion. The pharmacy staff, specifically, pharmacy technician Dylan, routinely goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service and is always friendly and welcoming to patients/customers. It's pharmacy staff like Dylan that makes staying with this pharmacy an absolute no-brainer.
