Jason Shepherd of Fairheaven Memorial Chapel did a terrible job on my father in law. At first we didn't recognize my father in law.. Mr. Shepherd did nothing that we agreed upon. He had 8 days to get things right, yet the day of the funeral service, it was as though we never let Mr. Shepherd know what we wanted. Mr. Shepherd informed us the reason some of the fees were so high was because of staff. There was no visible staff. He doesn't even have a location to do business.
