Revised my rating to one star, as the leakages are not getting repaired after so many follow ups. What's the point of false advertising for the customer review to be 4.5 stars on website when they cannot even build any quality home. Very glad we stumbled across Fairhaven Homes when looking for a builder who would maximise the potential of our narrow (12.5m wide) block. We chose the Tathra 30 design which was absolutely the best trade-off for size, layout, features etc, whilst maximising backyard space. Very bad experience we build 2 house from them , very bad service once they Handover the keys. Not recommended anyone.
