Be very careful, less than 4 months out of the 7 year Fairhaven Homes Warranty and our front door frame is falling out and they won’t fix it!
The customer relationship officers at Fairhaven have been amazing and very responsive during the build, and I truly appreciate their efforts. However, the overall quality of the build has been disappointing. Some issues were rectified after the six-month warranty period, but the quality of my timber flooring has been particularly poor. It developed noticeable gaps that were later rectified, but the floor still makes persistent " squeaking"noises. We have started the process to build our first home, which as young adults can be scary, However our consultant was Paul Maio and he has been absolutely amazing! making this time so easy! Paul was always up for a chat, even on his days off - to answer questions or help us out! We are very excited to start our build! Thank you again to paul
Worst builder, not sure how there still in business everything they touch they break, fix one thing damage something else, lie to your face, 700mm range hood in contract they fitted a 520mm and said it was a colour change not size change, from the concrete slab to the turn key stage absolute rubbish workmanship in every single tradie that came to the site, not providing roller blinds thats listed in the colour package.
