Best Rehab honestly! Absolutely stunning, I am absolutely grateful I went despite a couple of negative reviews I had read before coming. I feel like some people just like to make things to complain about. I've taken so much skills and self discovery away from Fairhaven. The forest and waterfalls are gorgeous, I loved the bush walks. Update QLD Health are inspecting Fair heavens lack of responsibility to my case. In particular not following up on my exit,in proper procedure including contacting my FIRST contact. I’m not going away. I’m going through my follow up procedures,that Fairheaven REFUSED to assist. I’m actually finding out more of the neglect that their staff refused to help me with.
