Update QLD Health are inspecting Fair heavens lack of responsibility to my case. In particular not following up on my exit,in proper procedure including contacting my FIRST contact. I’m not going away. I’m going through my follow up procedures,that Fairheaven REFUSED to assist. I’m actually finding out more of the neglect that their staff refused to help me with. Currently here and the place is very stale and a bit of a mess. The tap water here isn’t safe to drink from and has high levels of copper in it so do get drinking water you have to treck to a filtered water machine which is a nuisance. The food given to each house is extremely minimal for a house of 4 people and the food in the kitchen is very average and chefs seem to be in and out. There are no real activities outside of classroom rehab stuff so the place is very boring. You are trapped in the joint and the only real time ... read more
How do you say ,Thanks enough? I can never praise Fairheaven enough. Although,I am on the relaps. I can never thank Fairheaven enough. I am on my own path, Fairheaven give you an opportunity. The rest is up to you. Fairheaven is my 3rd rehab. Definitely by far the best. If you can’t make it at Fairheaven You want make it at any other Rehab. Unfortunately I do have to go back. But I am so comfortable to go back . The best part.The first 15 minutes I was there. I felt love and comfort like I never have before,from patients to ... read more
