Amazing experience here! My friend and I both see Dr. Moore and have nothing but good things to say. Front desk is helpful and kind. Would recommend to anyone.

Have not been to the facility. Yet I applied for a full time position through a CRAIGSLIST POST. They emailed asking what time I could interview and to let them know. Unprofessionally they never responded letting me know the time I picked would be good and where to meet, and what to bring. They then email me back saying I missed my time and "thanks for applying". Already seems like a VERY Unprofessional practice to have such arrogance toward someone who you were going to hire. I wouldn't indulge this place by going. I'm sure... read more

Absolutely trash of a facility. If you do not have basic human compassion then you should not work in the MEDICAL field, of all the places. The face at the front desk at 11:00am 06/22/2024 needs to be FIRED. Unprofessional and rude is an understatement. I should post the video of the recorded interaction so people can know what they’re walking into when they schedule an appointment here at Fairhaven Family & Med.

A Truly empathetic and professional family medicine TEAM. I'm new to the area and was fortunate find Dr. Moore and his team. The office manager Laymona (spelling?) was very knowledgeable and empathetic both on the phone and in person. She walked me through the paperwork and did a very caring intake. As a military servicemember, this was my first primary care physician and I was definitely nervous.
