RecommendedThe staff at Rest Haven go above and beyond for my family member!! She has lived in the facility for many years and with the age gap between her and most of the other residents they have overly exceeded in trying to include age appropriate activities and involve her in everything. The workers truly care for their patients and love them.
RecommendedI worked at Rest Haven several years ago and I have Family members there also. The Majority of the staff go above and beyond. I trust them with my family member. When choosing a facility , this is the first place I considered. Everyone has different needs and capabilities . It's a heavy decision to make when choosing . I have have trust and confidence in the staff at Rest Haven. Thank you to the staff for doing the best you can during these trying times.
RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about the experience our family member had there after needing rehabilitation after a very serious chain of health events that was almost fatal. Without them I do not believe he would have recovered to even get out of a bed. Not all places are so fortunate and not all experiences are good ones. I was not afraid to leave him there especially when the virus changed all of our lives. I will forever hold them dear to my heart for what they do and did for our family.
They do not take care of the people living there and needing assistance. They don't always feed them, assist them to the bathroom when needed, and take away blankets that are owned by residents. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PUTTING YOUR LOVE ONES IN THEIR CARE (OR LACK OF)
RecommendedMy father Robert Bils was resident at Fairhaven for almost two years. We really loved the care he received. Thanks to all the staff, especially the nurses, aids and kitchen staff!
