Snowboard? Went shopping for snowboards here, and got no useful info or help. I'm sure they're good with bikes, not sure why they carry snowboard stuff. Maybe it's my mistake, being that their name only has bike and ski in the title.
Arrogant and ignorant If you want a bike, go to Kulshan. If you want skis or snowboards go to REI. The staff at fairhaven are arrogant, ignorant and far from helpful. The mechanics are rude. I don't understand how they stay open.
Nice Place I took my bike here when I needed a tune up. They got it back to me in a reasonable amount of time and it ran like new. They have a great selection of outdoor gear.
They do not respond to returns.

Love what Matt and Amy are doing with the shop. Has turned into my favorite bike shop in Bellingham. Super nice and knowledgeable staff.
