I can relate to one of the other people who wrote a review. This office is extremely hard to get a hold of. I called and left a message with someone at the front desk to ask if I could get a refill on a prescription one of the doctors in the office had prescribed. The doctor never refilled my prescription nor did they ever get back to me with an explanation as to why. This establishment is so welcoming and friendly. Dr Randhawa is so great at what she does. I can’t recommend this practice enough

I had my existing psychiatrist send over a referral. I have followed up with Fairhaven Behavioral 4+ times over phone and email, and they have never gotten back to me. I know their phone and email works, because they had emailed me and called me when I originally inquired. I don't know why they ghosted me, but it's frustrating.
