For the past 6 years I have been getting my fuel for my truck and propane for my gas grill. Today, I'm no longer a customer. I called the number Google listed as Fairgrove and propane. A woman answered and told me the office is closed. Hmmm. She offered to give me the store number. Now, you can imagine I'd have to get a wrting instrument and paper to write this number down. Essentially, they don't sell propane on the weekends. It's ok. I'll take my money somewhere else.

Our propane tank was so dirty, covered in moss and looked like it belonged at an abandoned house. We came home from vacation one day and discovered they had come out and repainted it, plus did some other necessary maintenance. For a minute we thought it was a whole new tank because they left zero trace of the work minus the spiffy new paint. The drivers are great and no complaints about the office staff.

This company could definitely use new office staff. Every time I call to have my propane tank filled, the woman on the phone is extremely rude. However, the people who come out to fill the tank are always very nice and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.
