RecommendedPhil Kaplan has been a great doctor for 50+ years. The doctors in his practice have been known to be conservative. Their ability to diagnose is the key. My family loves & respect them.
Our family has experience with Drs. Kaplan & Tramontana, all favorable. They both take enough time to listen to your history and symptoms, and to give you enough information to understand your diagnosis. They are no nonsense, though. If you expect a pill to fix your problem, go elsewhere.
Dr. Kaplan has been my doctor for over 30 years. I can't say enough good about him and his practice. If you want to visit a doctor and get a pill to fix 'it', he is not the doctor to visit, because he is quite conservative and knows that there may be many reasons you have your symptoms. But, he'll get to the bottom of the problem and find a cause that others might overlook. And, he will consult with specialists (or send you to a respected colleague) if he feels it is needed.
