I am a tenant and Seth Hanchett was the listing agent for a property I am renting. He was great to work with and made the process of viewing the property, applying, and signing the lease as seamless as possible.

Great experience renting through FairGreen. Moved to elmwood park, and the property manager Joseph is so responsive, very attentive, great communication. He keeps the building clean, and is quick to take care of any questions or maintenance.
Editing my review to be a higher star count as we have lived here multiple months with no further issues, human error happens but perhaps send residents a full building info sheet at move in so anything missed while touring is brought to their attention. Very friendly staff but told us during initial tour to keep bikes on back porch, neglected to mention bike racks situated in basement. Bike was stolen 2 weeks into living here. Would have appreciated the knowledge.
Seth did a really awesome job helping us find our apartment, getting in the paperwork, and signing our first lease! Very friendly and informative!
