Receptionist Margaret was super loving and empathetic of my situation in desperate times. Nurse and doctor were amazingly understanding. Working in healthcare for 20 yrs you rarely come across people as gracious and professional as these ladies these days. Thank you Margaret. You brought tears coz of your kindness and god bless your sweet heart.
Most horrendous experience of my life, I never felt so disappointed after getting a vaccine. I was sitting there for almost two or more hours straight, waiting for a woman who was sitting in her room with no patients , doing literally anything but treating the next patient. I would give 0 stars if I could. It was our first time there as my partner was in severe pain. We waited 2 hours. 1 doctor yesterday was working only. We asked the receptionist when is it our turn they said we were next but then the doctor calls 3 other patients in before us… why lie? One women walked out I guess because of the waiting time. I booked an appointment ,I came in and waited for many minutes and when I was called in, I was chased away by the GP saying he has other patients to see
