1st class I Have always been a little hesitant about dealer ships then one day my car would not come out of park and I was stuck in a parking garage I called Fairfield Vw becasue they where the closest dealer ship to where I was they where very help full on the phone they helped me arrange to get the car towed to the dealer ship and where able to work my car in same day every one was very friendly there and I will recommend this dealer ship to every one that I know that has a Vw

Dangerous Absolute place ever to get your car repaired. You would think that a Volkswagen certified place would do a better job on a VW - not so! Not only I paid thousands of dollars for the first repair, that cause issues which brought me back to the shop. Apparently the engine got damaged the second time, thanks to the quality job they did in the first place. Now I am left with the option of paying thousands of dollars again to have something driveable. This is extortion and criminal behavior.
