I cannot begin to thank Fairfield Village enough for the excellent care of my mother. The team took wonderful care for her in assisted living and within their rehabilitation unit when she came back from two surgeries. Their inhouse physical therapists, on staff assistants were marvelous. I also have to give a special shout out to Rochelle and the front desk team. They went above and beyond especially as she approached and passed through her end of mortal life. Thanks to them, I felt confident my mother was in excellent hands... read more

Horrible experience!!! We had to hire our own caregiver to sit with our dad 24/7 as the staff was so negligent. Even then, his elderly self was put on a treadmill in physical therapy, forgotten, unable to get himself off. We had to pick him up and transport him to our primary care physician, as he needed medical care and did not see an actual physician the entire time he was there, even though we asked multiple times. Mother was staying there and the facility went against 2 doctors and informed the insurance she was ready to leave. We appealed and was approved, then the facility resubmited and said they can keep doing this.
