If I could give 10 stars to this place, I would! I come here often to help with staffing needs on Rehab, Memory Care, and Assisted Living. The management on the Rehab floor is amazing. One day, I came in to help out, and the DON and ADON had come in to cover the needs on the floor. I was shocked! What ADON comes in to help their staff. I’ve never seen that in Utah before. My 80-year old husband was a patient in the Transtional Rehabilitation Center for almost 3 months. He received excellent, individualized care for his broken hip and femur. Because of mobility impairments and complicated medical issues, he required diligent nursing and CNA care and he received it from Fairfield's professional staff. I was a former employee of Fairfield rehab and it was the worst experience I had ever had. I had hurt my wrist at work where my fingers were huge and my wrist was double the size. They made me continue to work on it for 2 weeks until I had to finally tell them I need to go to the doctor after already telling them before. I went to therapy and the only availability to give me my hours was in the morning when they had already known I worked a night shift job. I was here for a short stay after surgery. The People were wonderful. The food was good the physical therapist and occupational therapist were excellent and they made my stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this great facility to anyone.
