I would not recommend anyone to Fairfield rehab. The administration is terrible. My mom went a full week without a shower, completely unacceptable. When she needed help, she would push her call button sometimes it took up to 15 minutes before anybody responded again unacceptable. The only good thing I could say is that Her physical therapist was very caring.
Great experience . Wonderful threading who help my husband . Would recommend this place to others.
I cannot begin to thank Fairfield Village enough for the excellent care of my mother. The team took wonderful care for her in assisted living and within their rehabilitation unit when she came back from two surgeries. Their inhouse physical therapists, on staff assistants were marvelous. I also have to give a special shout out to Rochelle and the front desk team. They went above and beyond especially as she approached and passed through her end of mortal life. Thanks to them, I felt confident my mother was in excellent hands... read more
