My 80-year old husband was a patient in the Transtional Rehabilitation Center for almost 3 months. He received excellent, individualized care for his broken hip and femur. Because of mobility impairments and complicated medical issues, he required diligent nursing and CNA care and he received it from Fairfield's professional staff. I was a former employee of Fairfield rehab and it was the worst experience I had ever had. I had hurt my wrist at work where my fingers were huge and my wrist was double the size. They made me continue to work on it for 2 weeks until I had to finally tell them I need to go to the doctor after already telling them before. I went to therapy and the only availability to give me my hours was in the morning when they had already known I worked a night shift job. I was here for a short stay after surgery. The People were wonderful. The food was good the physical therapist and occupational therapist were excellent and they made my stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this great facility to anyone.

My daughter just got fired from here because their scheduler belittled , yelled at and refused to let her go and get her diabetic supplies that she ran out of . They are understaffed, refuse to give lunches to employees and allow higher ups to degrade them . They promise sign on bonuses on indeed but never actually pay out and I will be turning them in ! I have seen multiple texts and have proof. . Other Cnas complain about helping residents and doing their job and they do not care . My daughter actually cared about the resi... read more
