I’ve lived at Fairfield Village at Coram for 3 years and my experience was great. I can’t say enough about Dawn who is one of the most down to earth and professional people I’ve ever dealt with. Over the 3 years she answered all of my question/concerns and made my first time renting a place for myself truly stress free. Definitely recommend the services that Dawn and the rest of Fairfield at Coram provide!
Do not rent from here!! It is a cheaply updated apartment. The paint comes off the walls if you touch them. It is not luxury. We have had mice issues, water leaks, garbage all over. They do not properly clean any damage from the water leaks. They put up fans and leave the carpet dirty and moldy. It is not worth the money. Stay away. Rent from anyone but Fairfield.
