My experience been very good I live in Fairfield at Coram from 3 years just transferred to a 2 bedroom. Dawn Martinez help me the first time and this time she did wonders again very helpful and beyond her job description. My cdc worker didn’t do her job but dawn kept pushing calling email and kept on contacting every step of the way. So I’m very thankful for her or my move wouldn’t got done thank you dawn always.
Heard nothing bad but not a resident as yet
Just moved here and everything is brand new. It's quiet and no criminals. Since Fairfield bought this place it has gotten a lot better. The rental agent Dawn was friendly and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Dawn was helpful with the entire leasing process and was available after hours. Highly recommend!
