I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. About ten days before my dog’s appointment I called to ask if we could move it one day later because my son had two appointments in Dallas the same day as drop off. I was told we could drop him off the night before (Sunday) around 4:30–5:00 and he could stay overnight instead of changing the appointment, so I agreed. Love this vet!!! They are always so nice & helpful to me & my babies!!!
The doctors and staff here are always helpful and understanding with all my questions. I believe they care about my pet and want to help me give her the best care. I definitely recommend trusting them to take care of family pets!
