Highly recommend Fairfield Truck & Auto Service! They hauled our diesel from Chillicothe and had the work done in a little over a week due to having to wait on a part! They dropped the transmission on the first business day of having the truck and fixed the issue and then proceeded to fix the other problems it was having from sitting at another shop for over a year! Josh was great at communicating with us throughout the entire process!
The best transmission shop I've been to. They went out of their way to ensure my truck was working properly. I was blessed that this shop was recommended to me. Although I hope I never have another transmission die again, if it did, I hope I'm within towing distance.
Talked to the guy that answered the phone, I’m assuming the owner. I explained the problem I’m having with my truck and he listened to everything I had to say and was a down to earth dude. I’m saving up a little bit more before I take it here because I know the work it’s going to take to fix it..
