Since my last rating, things have gone downhill at Townhouses in Selden to the point where I've reduced the number of stars. This latest management team is more concerned about residents having doorbell cameras and leaving their children's toys outside (it makes things look untidy?) than doing basic maintenance like power washing the siding to prevent mold (which looks worse than a bunch of kids toys in front of someone's door, in my opinion) or fixing the fences around the trash bins. Beautiful Place to Live and Raise a Family
Dawn was amazing !! She was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure we got the place. We already made the place our home. The house is gorgeous. It is very quiet and neighbors are friendly
This place has gone way downhill.Thegrounds are kept terrible,The grass is all over grown, kids by the pit throwing things in it. No were to park.
