Took a car in. Told them the alternator needed to be replaced. They tell you that your car will be ready on a certain date and at a certain time. When arriving to get the car they inform me that it's not ready and the mechanic that gas been working on it had to leave at noon. One man said that the battery tested bad and another man said that it tested good. But they want her to have a good battery so they ordered her one.
