Not great, took ages to on board and econsult is only available 8-12 on weekdays (this has got worse, now you have to complete it before 10am), so much for a service you can use 247 at a time that suits you... Also they have an extremely annoying and u help ivr when you inevitably try and ring them because the econsult is now closing prior to 9.30am. Edit: I wish I could award negative stars, almost impossible to get an econsult done, ever... They close as soon as they open, and only Mon-Fri...

Keep up the good work, myself and my family have never in the 6 years had a problem from surgery.

Such amazing staff and service at Fairfield Surgery. Receptionists, nurses, doctors all so caring, helpful and friendly. Makes a refreshing change to be dealt with this way. Nothing is too much trouble and you genuinely feel like your health is in good hands. Thank you
