Doctors are very helpful, had a long phone consultation about 6 different issues and the doctor knew her stuff. Had to go elsewhere for physio but they were amazing too (by green lane school). I know people registered in widnes and it's a complete shambles over there, I've told them to move to Warrington for the good of their health. Can't fault Fairfield they've never changed an appt late notice, delayed my meds, and always gave sound advice (and I know my pharamceuticals). 5 stars.

Not great, took ages to on board and econsult is only available 8-12 on weekdays (this has got worse, now you have to complete it before 10am), so much for a service you can use 247 at a time that suits you... Also they have an extremely annoying and u help ivr when you inevitably try and ring them because the econsult is now closing prior to 9.30am. Edit: I wish I could award negative stars, almost impossible to get an econsult done, ever... They close as soon as they open, and only Mon-Fri... And if you thought that was ou... read more

Keep up the good work, myself and my family have never in the 6 years had a problem from surgery.
