This review is for the leasing agent, Dina, as we have not lived at this property. We toured two apartments at this property that we really liked, and ended up applying but ultimately had another opportunity come across and did not end up going through with the lease. Management is terrible, they don’t reply emails and hardly pick up your phone. Customer service reps (e.g. Beth Ryan) are very unprofessional and rude! Do not rent any apartment by the corner until you verify where the boiler is, boiler makes noise and floors to vibrate. I am still waiting to be transferred to another apartment, they have been playing delay tactics with me for weeks and this is someone that pays rent on time, quite and clean, one of the best tenant they could ever have. Update : I called to inquire about my security deposit and was told there is a $110.00 charge for extermination ??? of what ..and no one will comment over the phone. The apartment was left pristine. There was a dead animal under the building which was not addressed before I left. DO NOT RENT HERE !! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR DEPOSIT AND YOU ARE MOVING INTO THE BOHEMIA HOOD !! IF YOU WANT A CONVENIENT CRACK DEALER THEN BY ALL MEANS MOVE ON IN!!
