First I want to say Dina is AMAZING!! She will go out of her way for you. She’s so friendly And actually cares about people! Peter Who is the manager of maintenance should be fired!! He doesn’t care about anyone never gets back to you, ect.. Peter had my car towed in the parking lot when it’s on the road and I pay insurance for it just because a tire was flat. I highly recommend reaching out to Dina at Sunrise Properties! She was an absolutely incredible help throughout the entire application and move-in process. Dina was extremely efficient, quick to respond to every question, and worked hard to get me officially approved for the apartment. Her professionalism made a difficult process feel easy and stress-free. Thank you for your amazing service, Dina!
The one star I give this place is for the leasing agent Dina, she is fantastic and goes out of her way to help you in any way she can. Fairfield itself is terrible. The buildings in this complex are older, constant maintenance issues that you have to fight to get resolved, and a lot of bugs regardless of season and how much you clean. Despite all of this I wanted to stay as it is quiet in my corner and I like my neighbors a lot.
