While the price of these apartments is decent, the cleanliness is absolutely horrible. Music is blasting until 5am and the owner is rarely ever there. I only stayed there for 3 months, but I'm glad that I was able to leave since the ac/heater unit didn't work. The Apartment that I looked at APT 101 looked like it used to be the office or something, but it was absolutely filthy....there was actually pet droppings on the floor that looked lkie they could've been there for quite some time.
